I contacted them based on the reviews. Would certainly hire them in the future. They were very prompt to give me an estimate and then to start work. Project was done on time. This was my first time hiring outside company for home improvement. we've always done all work ourselves. Very glad to work with these folks.

Victor and crew did an outstanding job on my house. They arrived early and even worked a little later sometimes. They were very professional, answered any questions I had, asked me how the work was looking to ensure they were doing what I requested. Each day they informed me of what was to be done that day and it was always completed. They always let me know when they were going to lunch and when they would return. Cleaned up at the end of the day and always said have a good evening and see you tomorrow! If I needed a small change, I would check with Victor and he would handle it without any hesitation. One minor thing, there were a couple areas where a little sanding could have been done but as stated, that was it. My interior is so much brighter now and looks fantastic!! I would definitely hire CertaPro again!

Mark was professional and made sure I was happy with the final outcome. The painters ended up doing all of the work in the evening hours, which wasn't the initial plan. Unfortunately, that meant a lot of touch up work needed to be done, because the lighting just isn't as good at night & after dark. I am, however, very pleased with the final outcome.

Very friendly and hard working. They did an excellent job patching holes in the drywall, especially in our bathroom where old towel bars and decorations where. It was like brand new. They did work a very long work-day to get our house done. Would recommend.

Mark was very professional and courteous. He organized his workers well and was very punctual in finishing the job. They did a good job with the painting. We would definitely use them again.

The Sales Person was very nice and very convincing. The painter was not competent and did a poor job. He was more interested in finishing the job than doing the job properly. It has been 2 weeks and the paint is already peeling off the deck. Poor workmanship with a high price tag. I only hope they stand by their guarantee, but it isn't looking good. Please be very careful when dealing with this company and get references from the actual painter and his expertise.

Very nice and quick however I could have used a little more time to prepare the house. Ceilings done in one day. Didn't know they would be done that fast.

Don't waste your time calling anyone else. Mark's follow up with scheduling and estimates, and Josh's attention to detail with painting can't be topped. We will never call anyone else nor trust anyone else to do the work.

I would recommend CertaPro to anyone who needs painting done. Mark and Josh went the extra mile for me and I couldn't be more pleased with their work.
