He took his time and thoroughly cleaned a very dirty carpet. He was on time and did a great job (more pricey than others, but may be worth it)

Jerry went above-and-beyond, moving heavy furniture and leaving every room immaculate.

Last year I received an oriental rug from my mother. It's a beautiful rug but it was about 40 years old and badly stained. I called carpet authorities and inquired about the possibility of restoring the carpet. Although it was not possible to completely remove all the stains, it looked a thousand times better when they were done. So this year, when they called to remind me that it was time to schedule my annual cleaning, I decided to have them do our two bedroom carpets as well. I am amazed at how great a job they did. Both carpets are light colors so they don't hide dirt well. But when the job was done, those carpets looked almost new! The job took about 2-3 hours to complete. I received a courtesy reminder call the day before and they arrived promptly at the scheduled time on cleaning day. Both bedrooms include large walk-in closets that were also cleaned at no extra charge. Since the carpets have a very thick nap it took 2 days for them to dry completely. We had to avoid walking on them as much as possible and we could not replace the furniture and other items we had removed for the cleaning until they dried, but it was all worth the inconvenience since they did such a good job. I will definitely call them again for next years cleaning.
