I was looking to improve the performance of my laptop computer. I contacted Jon at Bytetopia Computer Services and made an appointment for the same day. He came to the house within 2 hours and immediately checked to see how much memory the laptop had. He indicated that the 2 GB that we had was about 1/2 what we needed and to double the memory would be cheap. He logged into NewEgg and found 4 GB (two 2 GB cards) of memory for $22.99 including shipping. He ordered the memory cards for me and told me to give him a call when they arrived. They arrived by the end of the week and he came back over that day and installed them.
Jon charged $25 for the visit plus a $5 fuel charge for a total of $30 + $22.99 parts = $52.99. This was a very fair price. Jon was professional, prompt and knowledgeable. I recommend his service.
