Bloomington-Normal Audiology was created to be of service to people who have difficulties related to hearing loss, tinnitus, auditory processing disorders and/or vestibular disorders. It is also dedicated to promote hearing conservation and protection. We provide diagnostic auditory and vestibular evaluations for individuals of all ages. She is not in the business of selling hearing aids. She is a true audiologist. She evaluates your hearing and gives you a complete report so that you can buy a hearing aid that can accurately fulfill your specific needs. This time I don't need a hearing aid. She told me to give it a year or two until I reached the point to have the hearing aids instead of selling me a couple of thousand of hearing aids. I appreciate her canter and her honesty. She did a complete evaluation. The price is reasonable. She is prompt and pleasant. I would use her in the future.
