We replaced 7 sets of door handles and wanted all door locks keyed to use one key. The technician from Bill's Key and Lock arrived on-time, was very pleasant and courteous. He reviewed what was needed, examined the locks and immediately began work. He readily answered questions and was very knowledgable about his job. There was no mess, he was very efficient and the job was done quickly. If the need arises I will use Bill's Key and Lock again and do recommend them.

Everything went smooth. I recommend Bill's Lock and Key and commend Nathaniel on his professionalism and knowledge of his trade, as well as his personable attitude. He noticed some things that were not installed properly. He explained what was incorrect and gave me the option of having him correct the mistakes and gave me a price for the extra work.

I called on the morning of September 26th to see if they could squeeze me in that day. They could get me in right away and met me 25 minutes later. I explained what I needed and about 30 minutes later the job was done. The gentleman that did the work was very professional. Thanks for the great service!!

The latch on my storm door failed in the closed position. I attempted to remove the latch by removing the handles, but the issue was internal. Given the door was closed I could not figure out how to release the latch using several tools. I called Bill's, they came out that same day and had to drill out the inoperable door latch. Their service was excellent.

They were great and inexpensive. They were very quick.

I called at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon and they were here before 4:30. He replaced the doorknobs in about a half hour. He left the work area clean and was very professional.
