I was so pleased with how they handled the entire process from start to finish. A place that sells barstools wasn't the first place I expected to find high quality furniture at a reasonable price, but they were rated well online, so I gave it a shot shopping there. I took my time shopping around at nearly every place in town, but in the end I came back to Altman's. My saleswoman, Leigh, is the BEST! They gave the best sales care, worked with me on the price, showed me samples of what I was getting, had me meet the owners who are also fantastic people, gave me an accurate estimate of when the furniture would ship to their store, and showed up for delivery exactly when they said they would. They even called 15 minutes ahead of time so I didn't have to wait around two to four hours like every other place makes you do. I wish more stores valued my business the way these folks do.
