Ace-Hi Glass

Service was very quick. I took it home, and as I was installing it, I applied to much pressure and pulled a pin out of the corner. I took it back and it was fixed at no additional cost.

My mother in law was selling her house and had a couple windows with moisture between the panes. Ace Hi came out to give an estimate. Her daughter was there and told them to schedule the work, but later told her mom the bid and her mother thought it was too high and wanted another bid. So her daughter called to put the work on hold and told them why. Shortly afterward, the owner called her back and was rude and inappropriate. Accused her of hanging up on "his guy" ( she had not) and then made a comment about wanting to be paid for his time anyway. I am certain no one said anything about charging for an estimate. The second bid came in cheaper, and work was done by them. Ace Hi should learn some personal relationship skills. Will never use them and would recommend you avoid them.

It went fine. I discovered I had a shattered window and they came over and replaced it. It was unusually shape of a window and they had to special order when the special order came in, it has cracks and they have to sent it back to get another one. Overall the communication was good when they came to do the work they did a nice job with it.

During a remodel of our bathroom, we needed a new shower door to fit our existing fiberglass shower. I went to the showroom and picked out what I wanted. I made an appointment and the owner of the shop came out and did all the measurements and ordered what I needed. A couple of weeks later, he came by and expertly installed my nice new door. A few days later, I had a minor problem with the door sweep and he came out within a day or two to fix the problem. All appointments were kept in a timely manner. I could not have been happier with the professionalism and quality or work that Ace-Hi Glass has to offer.

This was a screen panel, c. 3.5 x 4.3 feet, the replacement of which required loosening some rather fragile boards on all four sides of the screen. and therefore was more difficult than the 'average' screen-replacement job. The Ace-Hi representative (also
owner) was prompt, very efficient and professional. He explained what he had done after he completed the work and asked me to confirm my satisfaction with his work. I indicated to him, and to you, that I was very pleased with the quality of his work as well as the quality of the material (screen) he used. I also considered the price he charged to be very reasonable. He provided me with a detailed receipt.

The price that they charged me was very reasonable. Their turn around time was great. They're very professional people and very helpful. They provided me an excellent service.

Person came next day and measured everything. Returned about a week later with the replacement double pane window and installed it. Also brought the two storm windows that covered the appropriate outside parts of the antique single-pane lead glass window. Person was on time for both appointments.
We couldn't be happier with the work that was done. The new double pane window looks so great, I literally did a double take when I entered the kitchen. The two storm windows on the outside can't be seen unless one is right next to the window and is looking for them; it has also completed eliminated the difficulty we were having with condensation inside the house. The sliding window roller works has the window working for the first time in years.
We highly recommend them.
