Excellent job. They were here on time, completed the work quickly, very pleasant and cleaned up the area.

After moving into our new home, we began having serious problems with flooding and back up from our basement toilet and bath.  We had been told that we needed a new toilet by another plumbing company.  After several trips back for flooding problems, (including on Christmas day)  we were informed that we owned a septic tank.  We bought the house under the impression that we had city sewer and with all the rain, things were a mess.  By the time we found A Drain Doctor, we had already spent a lot of money to have it pumped twice and for a toilet that we never needed.  Heath was so professional and kind.  He used his equipment to view what the real problem was and advised that we switch over to city sewer.  He had the job done in two days and even mentioned a problem that the water department needed to be alerted of.  I wish that we had found him first as he would have saved us the stress, money and cleanup that we had to do because of the poor service that we received from the other plumbers.  He is hard working and obviously very educated in his profession.  His prices were so much lower than what we paid and were quoted by the other two plumbers that we used before him.  I would highly recommend A Drain Doctor to anyone and will use this company every time I have a problem with my plumbing.
