PICKLE PIANO CO

Peng has tuned my pianos for years, and he always does a great job. When I got my new piano earlier this year (I upgraded from an upright to a baby grand) he also did a cleaning, since we bought it used. He always makes my piano perfect.

Peng has tuned my pianos at home and at church for years. He is fantastic - he is available for tuning within a few days, he is always reliable and efficient. I have referred him to my students and everyone loves him.

Matt took care of picking up an old Baldwin piano we acquired at a local garage sale. His crew were very attentive to preserving such an old piece. they took it back to the shop to update a few things and complete repairs along with a shop tuning as it had seen years of neglect. It was delivered completely repaired within a few weeks time an our family couldn't be more pleased.

They picked up the piano, took it to their workshop and returned it in excellent condition. The only reason for the B in punctuality - it took about twice as long as originally estimated. I realize that once they actually took the piano apart (the estimate was done based on photos and email) they may have realized the job was more involved, but it would have been nice if they had called to let me know that. As for picking it up and delivering it - they were spot on in punctuality and A+.Also an A++ for price and quality, particularly since the estimate was done via photos and email. We were delighted that the final price was exactly as quoted.My husband (who is the one who plays and who has owned this piano for 40 years) is very pleased not only as to the work that was done, but that it could be saved at all. Being familiar with the piano, he knows how much work it was to bring it back to life.

The used piano that we selected was completely overhauled, tuned and delivered on time as promised. We are very happy with the transaction and would highly recommend this merchant.

Everything turned out pretty well. I had to purchase a specific type of piano for a theater performance and needed it by a certain date, and they were very helpful and accommodating.

BASED ON A RECOMMENDATION FROM MATT, THE PRESIDENT, ABOUT THE ADVISABILITY OF REPAIRING AND TRANSPORTING A PIANO WE WERE BEING GIVEN, WE TRANSPORTED THE PIANO. WE SHOWED UP AT PICKLE PIANO WITH A DIRTY ABUSED GOOD QUALITY 1950S PIANO. IN THEIR SHOW ROOM THEY HAD REFURBISHED PIANOS VALUING HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS, WE WERE VERY INTIMIDATED. MATT TREATED US AS IF WE WERE THE PEOPLE LOOKING AT ONE OF THE TOP OF THE LINE PIANOS. HE NEVER MADE US FEEL INFERIOR AND ALWAYS TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN THE PROCESS AND WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. I AM VERY GRATEFUL TO MATT FOR HELPING OUR FAMILY RESTORE MY AUNTS PIANO.

PENG CAME AND TOOK CARE OF TUNING OUR PIANO IN THE LATE SUMMER BEFORE MY DAUGHTER STARTED PIANO LESSONS. WE HAD SOME KEYS THAT WERE STICKING AND HE WAS ALSO ABLE TO TAKE CARE OF THAT. PENG WAS VERY KIND AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AND TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THINGS THAT WE NEEDED TO KNOW TO TAKE CARE OF OUR PIANO.
