They had to take out linoleum and services two of our rooms.  Some of the boards were cut short on the edge and they had to putty the edges because the trim wouldn't cover the edge.  I had two full boxes of wood they could have used to re-cut and fix the problem instead of bandage the problem.  There were splits and nicks here and there.  They didn't putty the nail holes very well and they had to come back out and reputty.  Their communication is terrible via email or phone.  I kept having to call.  The employees were really nice it was just the standard of work that was upsetting.
