Was a member of this gyn for about a year. All in all just like any other gym for the most part. A bit more expensive, but it was a newer gym at the time. I tend to work out after work, 5:30pm to 7pm which unfortunately many others did as well. Machines started getting very busy after 6pm and there were occasional waits for some of the cardio machines. Janurary through March were incredibly painful in this regards. At some point they need to stop taking new members. In the post holiday, new years resolution season, you literally couldn't find parking (and they do have a big lot). Locker rooms were filled, long waits for machines. At some point you need to stop accepting new members! I finally had enough of it in April and cancelled my membership. Sure the rush was dying off, but it was still just too busy and I was waisting too much time and quot;killing timeand quot; on other machines while I waited for the handful of cardio machines. Joined another gym which i have bene with for over a year and it's been fantastic.

I have been very pleased with what they have been doing. As a matter of fact I used to go to chiropractor and they do a better job than the chiropractor. I have to say that it is a very difficult thing as far as I am concerned it is not like anything else. I think they are responsive to how you are doing as they are giving the massage, and it is thorough enough and the handling is delicate that you feel you can stand. They are just there to give you a baby massage, and if they feel that you need extra emphasis put on a particular portion of your back or something like that they do take care of that. They do also dietician massage if you have got a problem with something that has been nagging and you haven't been able to get rid of them. They are responsive to your particular need.

Whenever I have any particular problem, the intensity of the massage is worked on that particular area. One can go in for full body massage and it can be as lightest of the massage, the way one wants. It's not the deep tissue but its a stronger massage. It relaxes me and if I want to take out lot of stress, then it does have the tendency to relax me and reducing up the muscles. To me, it is probably one of the better in person I have had versus going to a chiropractor. This also includes low back pain from being mechanical and they have taken care of that too. I found this is more to me now than going to a chiropractor.

Prepare to spend good money. They may lure you in with introductory deals and cheaper startup sessions but then they like to push you toward buying more expensive services and products like oxygen fitness tests and heart rate monitors. If you want to top-end workout facility and money is no object, this is your place.
Description of Work: Lifetime Fitness is a first-class fitness center will all the amenities you would expect: plenty of machines even for the busiest times, clean locker rooms, free towels, free lockers, pool, juice bar, etc.
