+ -1 moreJodi and her team at Green Valley Mortgage are terrific. We were having a problem applying for a mortgage at our bank having to do with new construction. Unlike the bank, when you call GVM, you get a person right away. And when you send an email, you get a response. Not only that, but Jodi really knows her stuff. She's on the board of directors at the Upfront Mortgage Brokers Association, http://www.upfrontmortgagebrokers.org, and is awesome to work with. Our bank finally straightened out their act and we decided to finance with them, but only because we've been banking with them for 20 years and have a generally good relationship with them. If you are shopping for a mortgage, you should definitely give Green Valley a call.
