Best Buy, were excellent! The line that takes water into the washer wasn't positioned right so, he re-positioned it and it ended up stopping the noise. Best Buy, gets service to your house really fast, the people that I deal with called me and came when they said they were going to. I was happy with the repair and they fulfilled the warranty that they put out with the new appliance. I would use them again to buy a new appliance. I went online searched several places, looked at reviews and found that Best Buy had what I wanted. So, I went to their website, brought the washing machine, paid for it and they sent it to me.
