A lifelong native, I have a special touch in the service I give to my clients. I have expert experience in our local market trends, home values, and knowledge of our communities that makes me a great tool for buyers and sellers alike. Outside of Real Estate, I also give back to my community as a member of the Bloomingdale Chamber and my company and I donate and support Pads in Bloomingdale as well. kindness. This is what we were looking for and found this with Rosa.
Her "Can-Do" philosophy made us feel as if we were always first on her
daily agenda. She exhibited great communication skills and educated us
on what to look for in a home after carefully listening to our personal
needs. She truly is a great listener. Rosa, was patient with us at all
points of the process. There was never a feeling of being rushed to
make a decision prematurely. For example, Rosa showed us many houses in
the middle of one of the Chicago areas worst winters of 2014. She drove
many miles to meet us at the houses and would climb through snow drifts
and endure temperatures below zero and always met us with a smile and a
positive interaction. Rosa's office is located in Bloomingdale, but she showed us homes in Barrington, East Dundee, West Dundee, Algonquin, Cary, Fox River Grove, Palatine, Hoffman Estates, Elgin and St Charles. She was very supportive showing us houses in any areas of interest.
Our approaching closing process went
smoothly as we felt greatly supported by Rosa. While in closing and
while submitting our offer, she was professional, knowledgeable and
supportive. Our closing went seamlessly. Now, we own that beautiful
house on the hill and owe so much of that to the hard work of Rosa
