I had just purchased a house. They came out and put white sealant on my flat roof.
I have had water in my house for the past 7 months and hired a new roofer and they fixed it the right way and told me they basically did nothing with the white sealant.

I really couldn't visually see the quality of the work since it was my roof. However, I like the way the company presented itself. They set up an appointment via email days in advance and came out as promised. Very professional. I was shown pictures of the damage and told what the repair process would be and the price. The best part was that they were prepared to work right then. Time and rain will tell me how well they repaired by roof but for now I am quite satisfied.

Leak started almost immediately after spending $7000 for a repair. Chris has a habit of saying that a new small leak a few feet away from the one he did is not included in a contract. Anger problems. Shoddy job. Unprofessional. I regret trusting Angis Lists recommendation on this job.

We hired Allied to replace 2 sections of flat roofing and replace missing shingles on our roof. Only half the job was done. When called, they denied both sections were to be done until we read their contact to them. They said someone would be out in 2 weeks. They've not been heard from since, despite calls and emails. And the voice mail box is now full. Dont bother hiring this company. They do not stand behind their work, avoid and ignore your calls, and dont finish the job.

I did extensive research to try to find a roofer and someone to caulk my windows. I had numerous options Allied was not the cheapest but I wanted quality. I paid $6000 and my roof looks like a child patched it up. My windows leaked tonight; they initially told me 3 days for the job then they completed in one day. They came back to look but the problem and still exist !! I feel violated is anyone interested in doing honest work. It is not good.

their work is *guaranteed.* I had a water leak due to the fact that their work did not resolve the issue as promised. I have tried to get in touch with them multiple times and have not received a response. Complete waste of money! Please avoid.

Placed an inquiry to Home Advisor at 7:00 AM for quote. Received a call from Allied at 7:15, they had a very reasonable quote completed for roof replacement by 4:00. With this in place we agreed and signed contract. Chris got permit, dumpster, and his guys were out at 8AM on a Saturday and completed it by 5:30. Chris was out supervising at least twice and everything was cleaned and debris removed. Very professional, friendly, and polite. Excellent job and would highly recommend. Thank you!
