Jeff Lowe did a great job. Ordered a dishwasher and Microwave. Very knowledgeable on the products and features. Installers came and did a great job as well.

Very pleased with all phases: sales, scheduling and especially the installers. Price was lower than other quotes. Trane systems installed. Knowledgeable and hardworking installers. Have used ABT for many appliances and other home equipment, they always do a great job.

They have been great. One person usually comes out and it takes less than a half an hour. They leave the area very clean. I can count on them to be there if you need them. They will always be there.
A lot of these places are small shops, and you feel like you never know if you don't have heat in the middle of January, if they will fix it. I feel like these people would.

I would recommend them. They have pretty good products and the quality of their work is good. They have a lot of options and they walk you through the entire product. They are very informed about their products. They just gave me information on the products and they didn't push me to buy any product. There was a bolt which was loose in the air conditioning system which was probably due to shipping. They came out and fixed it up at their own expense.

We were thinking that we had to get a brand new system. We had one company come out and say that we would have to buy a new system. These guys said it would go for a couple more years. I don't remember how much we paid but it may have been $75. It was just the basic service cost. It was really nice that they weren't trying to sell us a system. They were prompt and they were pleasant to talk to. They explained things to us in real person language. They seemed concerned and wanted to help the customer, not just sell something. I had never used the company before.

They charged me 100 dollars for the maintenance. The other 400 dollars is the price of the board. I believe the price was standard. I checked it out and it seemed to be right. They were very polite and responded very quickly.

OUR FURNACE WENT OUT IN THE COLD OF DEC. THEY DID NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR SITUATION.
