This company was on time as scheduled.  The work was done efficiently and effectively.  All materials and scrap were picked up and disposed of, leaving no mess.

This was a small job to replace some siding after having a deck
demolished and putting in a new patio.  I worked with Ceasar Ambriz and
he was very good.  They had to find siding to match and were able to do
that even though the my siding brand had been discontinued.  There were a
few weather delays but they completed the small job in good time.  I
would work with them again for additional jobs that I may have in the
future.

This story starts with a house fire. The damage from the fire wasn't nearly as extensive as the smoke and water damage. By the end of the demolition phase, we had torn out EVERYTHING except about 60% of the 2x4's and the concrete slab. After interviewing several general contractors and recovery specialists, I choose STA Enterprises for their excellent reputation, depth of experience and integrity.
Over the course of this rebuild, Steve performed the services of General Contractor and his crews from STA Enterprises performed several functions including:
-- siding the entire house
-- installing new roof shingles
-- installing new gutters
-- installing new windows and doors
I cannot say enough good things about how this project proceeded. STA's crews were on time and delivered an excellent product. Steve was very helpful in showing us our options for materials and explaining the differences in cost and durability. He helped us choose a product that was right for us - it fit our budget (dictated by the insurance company) and also fit in with the rest of the neighborhood.
The workmanship was impressive. I am not a contractor by trade but, I know enough to recognize good work when I see it - and this work was performed in an excellent manner. Anyone can slap up siding or shingles but, making sure it's correct and looks good is an art form. Anyone can put in a window but, making sure it works properly, seals tightly, doesn't leak and looks good takes more skill than you may think.
I have since had STA Enterprises do work at my new house and at my parent's house. They have installed solar powered attic fans (for the cost of those so-called "deals" listed by other roofing companies on Angie's List) and done some other roof repairs. This work was performed by Martin (one of STA's best resources). He is VERY skilled, quick and personable.
Overall, I would recommend STA Enterprises very highly. I know there are other good contractors out there but, in my experience this is one of the best!
