Started great, but went down hill fast when the patio was first laid incorrectly and their solution was to change our deck rather than start over. They made the error, not my deck guy and his work passed inspection. They did come back to address it, but did not do the best of work as we had weeds and grass growing between the bricks within 3 months. We were told that this would not happen for several years. To boot, they did not get the fireplace built correctly and it had to be torn down. We had to hire a fireplace guy to do all of the tear down and build of the new fireplace. Found out the wrong materials were used as well, so most of it had to be scrapped. The owner of Schollmeyer did try to work with us, but we just did not agree on the solutions so did not part on good terms. If you are going to work with them, be sure the project is laid out in detail with step by step instructions and materials. Also do your own research on what is the best way to do something that is not part of their normal work, like fireplaces. Instead, hire a professional whose sole purposes is to build fireplaces and is a known expert in that field.

Schollmeyer Landscaping is awesome! We have done business with Cory and his team for the last 2-3 years and highly recommend them. They are prompt, courteous, the crew asks questions if they're not sure about pulling or removing something and reasonably priced! We couldn't be happier with the results...time and time again. Two thumbs up!

They are a small operation that does a good job. They are easy to work with and very cooperative. They worked around our scheduled so we could be there when they worked and they did a satisfactory job.
