Service from Cauley's is excellent. The repairman, Mark, was professional, knowledgeable, and quick. Mark diagnosed the problem removed a penny and a button from inside the machine workings and had everything put back together within 25 minutes.
I have used Cauley's in the past but was not able to remember the name. They are as good now as they were ten years ago. I would definitely recommend them.

We have been having a problem with our electric dryer leaving brown streaks on the clothes. It's about 20 yrs old and I didn't think we could get parts to have it repaired. I called early Tuesday and was told they were booked full that day, but they could have a repairman by first thing Wednesday morning. They said they would be here at 8:30 a.m. At 8:30 a.m. today (Wed) the repairman was at the house ready to go. He asked several questions to pin point the problem and then examined the machine. He said he believed he had the parts and could fix the problem. He then said that it would be up to us. Due to the age of the machine if the cost would have been 25 dollars less, he said he would have no problem telling us to have it fixed. If the cost would have been 50 dollars more, he would have suggested we buy a new machine. With the repairs he believes we could have another year or even more use of the machine. The cost was only $177. dollars and change. We decided to have it fixed. Within 30 minutes the machine was fixed. It works great again.
