It didn't! We had to pay another vendor to come out and fix the problem, which he did thoroughly and professionally.

The visit went very well. First, it was easy to schedule and they were very friendly over the phone. The guy who arrived to work on our dishwasher was on time, early actually, and professional. He inspected the dishwasher. He cleaned out some of the jets to ensure they were working properly and checked the water temperature and pressure. In the end he recommend that we go beyond the usual cleaning our dishwasher out with vinegar and use a product called Lemi Shine in with our detergent and rinse aid. I look forward to trying Lemi Shine and so far the first run of dishes after he left appear marginally better.

He is very friendly and very nice. He is very skilled in his trade. He is very reasonably priced. I just found him very delightful.

This was a service call for a Bosch Dryer to determine the source (and problem) of a light grinding sound in the drum. The service rep was prompt, and assessed it to be a bearing issue. He told us it would probably be fine after he lubricated it, but also suggested we consider replacing the bearing, which is now on order. They have already notified us that the part is in that that they will be completing the follow up work within a week. The cost of the diagnostic visit was a flat $39.95, about one-third of other options we looked at. Couldn't be more satisfied (at the moment.)

He is quite to get out, which is important if you don't have a refrigerator or freezer or a washing machine working properly. He will come late or early or whenever to take care of the problem. He is reasonable, there is no big delay, its not one of those things that it is going to take two weeks to get parts like you get with some places. The gal in his office, I don't know if it is his wife or whatever, is always very helpful. He never tries to sell you something you don't need. In one of my rental properties the girl put a big bed spread in the washer and it was leaking out, AFFORDABLE SERVICES came out and fixed the issue without trying to sell us something we didn't need.

They did some warranty work for me. They were pretty good. They were on time. When he came the first time, he found the problem and he took out the part that was messed up and he hotwired around it so that I could still use the washing machine. He came out a week later with the right part and installed it. Everything is cool. I didn't spend anything as it was under warranty. They said that they were going to be here between 8 and 9 am and they were here right at 8 am. The guy was very professional and knowledgeable. I would use him again in the future.
