The first time Fatima Perez showed up, there were serious issues with the documents. There was a miscommunication between the title company, the loan officer, and me. As a result, we were unable to close. My loan officer was able to get the documents corrected and Fatima picked up the new documents and I was able to sign them. She was very professional and knowledgeable through the entire process. I found out later that she has been in the business for 30 years and that experience comes through. I would highly recommend her to anyone as the face of closing to a customer.
