This company came to my house to install a radon mitigation system. A few days later my basement was flooded with 6 inches of water and they denied responsibility. This house was never flooded in the past 10 years and previous owner also claimed that it never flooded for them. I don't know what they did to my sump pump but they definitely touched/moved/did something to it. They stopped answering our calls. They don't even send anyone out to check on their work to see what happened. Insurance sent a plumber out to check and he found nothing wrong with the pipes nor any cracks in the basement and sump pump still works so they don't cover much. The total damage is $10710. Furnace broke, spent $850 to fix it. Washer broke that cannot be fixed, spent $900 for a replacement. Carpet and pad were soaked, spent $1500 for the replacement. Wood panels damaged cost $1000 to replace. Mold clean up and prevention- $6300. Water heater broke but my husband managed to fix it himself. Don't know what they did to my sump pump but when we lift it up to check, the pipe came right off at the base. New sump pump and pipe replacement- $160. On top of that, my husband and I spent two weekends to clear out the water, wet vacuum the carpet, pull carpet and pad out, clean the floors and walls. We were just one week to close on the house and missed it because of all these repairs. Not even an apologize or any offer from them to make it up to us. If they were not totally responsible for it, they should be partially responsible. We might take this further than writing reviews if needed.

Excellent. Jose is a very Knowledgeable, professional, kind mannered individual. I am one that understands when people give a time of arrival it’s a “general time”. Not with Jose, he arrived on the minute when he said he would, both times. Not only that, my wife accidentally through her car keys in our loaded garbage can as he was pulling up and he emptied the garbage can and retrieved the keys for my wife. That alone says a lot about a man and his business.
