Mark is very knowledgable regarding termites. He explained how to recognize, treat and eradicate these pests to both my clients and myself. Pricing was very reasonable as well as his quick response to our request. Would recommend him to other realtors who need a good referral to their clients as well as using his services myself.

Everything went extremely well. Mark was knowledgeable, he made time to handle my problem, he was pleasant on the phone and in person, and he accomplished what needed to be done, at a very reasonable price.

I have been using them for the past four years. He knows what he is doing, and he is very responsive to problems.

There was nothing and so there was no need to do anything. They didn't charge me anything for it. Overall the service was good. They were good. I have no issues and no complaints at all. I will use their services again in the future.

The work went really well. They came out, and they were punctual. They did what they said they were going to do, and it worked, then they left. They were reasonably priced, and the treatment was effective.

Mark returned my call within minutes of leaving a message. We agreed on a time that was convenient for us and he answered all of my questions from the cost, amount of time it would take and what he looks for. At my request, gave me his cell phone in case of any problems close to his arrival time. My husband handled the appointment and said Mark was professional, courteous and took time to answer all his questions. At the conclusion of the inspection we received a report (two parts -- original and copy) and a receipt for the inspection cost.

Mark arrived early for the appointment. He quickly set up and dusted the nest opening including a opening near by that could have been used by the yellow jackets. He clearly explained what would be the results of his dusting. He was confident that he had eradicate the nest but, made it clear that he would be back at no additional charge if the first effort did not eradicate the nest. He was courteous and professional.

In and out in about a half hour, the owner was very prompt, courteous and informative as to how to approach future spraying. Did not push any kind of mandatory schedule, just suggested 3 times in the warmer months.

Mark arrived promptly, was really nice to our 18-year-old daughter, who was at the house at the time of Mark's scheduled appointment, and treated not only the window area, but all around the perimeter of the house. He also suggested we clean some wet, dead leaves that were along the side of our house, as this is where this type of ant likes to nest, and advised us that the house might have to be re-treated in about 3 weeks, and to keep an eye out for more of the dark sawdust. He even accepted $84 instead of the $85 that he was charging us for treating the ants when neither he nor my daughter could break a $10 bill (she offered to give him the last dollar in quarters, but he laughed and told her "don't worry about it").
