Husband, wife, and son arrived on time, did a fantastic job, at a reasonable cost. Very efficient and professional.

As president, I had all 70+ windows in our home owners association cleaned. (Five town homes.) I called Marcelo’s Window Cleaning to do the work. I just had a gut-feel that this would work out perfectly. Their ratings and customer feedback were “Through-The- Roof”. I decided to provide my own humble opinion, as I believe in “Giving-Credit-Where-Credit-is-Due”. Taking care of exterior (and interior) windows for five town home owners is both a very responsible - and daunting - task. I found their rates very reasonable as compared to others in the area. So I had no issues with what they charged at all. You get a bargain for what you pay here folks. The return on value is worthy of vibrant comment. Mom, Dad, and Son – yup, all three - came out and did four hours of work cleaning up this mess. What can, I say: They did an absolutely magnificent job. The work they each performed was very, very, meticulous. I thoroughly enjoyed - and participated - in this effort. Nothing like “Hands-On” testimony. Upon completion, Momma surveyed all work with a clear “Gimlet Eye” of perfection. (Oh – My – Gosh, my Mom was the same way. Stand aside folks - Mom’s opinion is to be thoroughly appreciated for her honest evaluation and feedback. What can I say: She tells it like it is… In summary: Marcelo’s Window Cleaning is a real “Class Act”. Very professional, very forthcoming, very warm, and inviting to work with. I really look forward to having them out again in the near future on a regular basis. (So long as Momma is there to provide her “Two Cents”.) Marcelo and crew were prompt, and did a fine job cleaning our gutters, at a reasonable price.

Marcelo was very responsive and was able to get us scheduled in a timely manner. 30+ windows were cleaned inside and out and screens were also cleaned. The job was well done.

The first issue which wasn't his fault was that for two weeks the weather did not cooperate. But, then without my having to contact them, he contacted me the third week to set up a time. He came slightly later than he expected to. But, it was 98 degrees outside and his crew did an incredibly excellent job. Since the sun was shining 'hard', I could tell if any part of any window was not totally clean. They all were. One window broke, through absolutely nothing that Marcelo did. The wood was weak. But nevertheless, he found a way to fix it so that the window worked the way it was supposed to. This business is a class act.

I very much enjoyed working with these folks. Very, very responsive, punctual, and professional. I appreciated that they used booties over their shoes when inside, and the female window washer was especially careful with drips. The end result was clean gutters and clean, shiny windows. It was a good experience and I'd use them again.

I called at the very end of the warm weather season and Marcelo and his team came out the next day. They washed 29 casement windows (first and second floor), 3 half-rounds and the patio doors. They worked very fast, but were thorough and did a great job, and they showed up on time. When calling to get a quote, their responsiveness was excellent. They either answer the phone immediately, or call back promptly if you leave a voice mail or text.

This family operation works well. Marcelo came out to take a look at our windows. I did not need to be home for this part. He called and gave me a quote. Price sounded great so we went ahead and booked for a couple of days later. He worked with my schedule to get the inside stuff done well before I needed to leave the house. Overall, great job.

Called on Saturday over the Memorial Day weekend and the crew was at our house by midday the following Tuesday. They were fantastic and were extra careful when putting up a ladder in our neighbor's yard. Could not have asked for more!

It went great. Flushed out gutters and made sure downspouts were not clogged. He even showed me how blocked one of my downspouts was and proceeded to clear it out most likely preventing me from drainage issues down the line. Efficient and professional. Great experience.
