I have a 1970's house with the black trim. I had them trim the living room & doorway. They tiled down the hall. The tiled the floor and walls of the bathroom. He was reasonble so I upgraded everything. When I have something else to do this is the only guy I will use. For one thing I did not have to sign a contract. He even helped me shop. He advised me where to go to buy materials. We went ten miles out of our way for trim because it was better quality. He helped me get a bigger bang for my buck.
