Joe came over and gave me a estimate (which was very reasonable). We set up a day for him to do the work. He did a good job.

He usually tries to fix old parts than buy new ones so that he can save you money. He's very agreeable and gives you options. He does what the customer wants. He does excellent work.

He can just about do anything. The price listed is the hourly rate he charges us. Don't judge him by his looks, he drives a beat up car, but he likes to fix things and if he can fix it without replacing it, he'll do that. He doesn't take advantage of you by overcharging you. He asks you what you want and goes with it.
