I found David a little pushy to work with. Originally we’d wanted to repair plaster in the foyer as well as the living room, but it was beyond his ability, tho the original oral quote included the foyer. Mid job he asked if we wanted to add lights to the room; we agreed. He pulled good oak trim from the room and attempted to replace it with white laminate wo asking, citing cost of replacing w oak trim. He could’ve reused the original trim but didn’t want to pull the nails. Then he threw out the trim we asked him to reuse. He didn’t put up a plastic sheet between construction and us; nor did he clean up as well as other crews Ive had. No written contract, no permits. He’s an okay electrician, but not union. His disregard for my stated wishes, and I speak good Spanish, leads me to not recommend him. Oh, and he only took check or cash, cash preferred. The work was barely finished. Drywall trim as taped but not sanded. I had to pay the painter after him to prep the wall to paint. Two outlets were left uncovered, as were the 4 can lights he installed. The painter covered those.

My husband and I were very pleased with the work that was performed. He arrived in a timely manor, the job was very affordable and when it was finished we were able to enjoy our beautiful bathroom. I would definitely recommend this company to any and everyone 🥰

We had a great experience and appreciate they’re professionalism and flexibility. We had in mind a white kitchen decor inspiration and they made it happen! We love our new kitchen.

David went above and beyond my expectations. He showed up on time, helped me through the process, and finished within budget. Would definitely recommend.
