Diversified Flooring

My garage floor coating started chipping off after only 1 year. I'd like someone from the company to call me about this.

Oscar was very quick to respond, provided an estimate and completed the work within 2 weeks. His workers were polite and true gentlemen. We had lots of choices and he offered help to us to help us decide on the right colors for our basement and garage. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

We started out well with lots of communication. The reviews here were good and their estimate was the cheapest. They came and finished on time, cashed the check within an hour, and after the epoxy coating dried and I could take a look, I saw lots of uneven edges, and the edge where the garage door meets does not look nice at all. I called to talk to the owner and after one call when he was not willing to come out to look, he is now not returning my calls. I'm not happy as it would probably not take much to clean up the uneven edges and leave me as a happy customer who usually gives good reviews for good work.

floor isn't complete. gap remains between two layers of cement. They will return in the spring to finish. floor looks great. I wish it was not so expensive, but they had to travel in bad weather conditions. I recommend them highly.

His crew was knowledgeable and respectable and I am very satisfied with the work that they did. They applied the beige epoxy with black, white, and brown micro-flake and now my garage is the envy of all my neighbors. I have referred Oscar and Diversified Flooring to all of them.

I would suggest making sure your floor is debris free as possible. The smallest things will show up on the floor
