I had them install all of the windows in my house. Then I also referred them to my son in law and he had windows replaced in his house. I know what the price of a window is and quality, but what I got from them was not only a good price. It was the exact windows that I wanted. They finished the inside of the windows with a molding and I had to do no work when they left. I have like three windows on one side of the bedroom and then there's the corner and then a window on the other side of the bedroom. They even covered that with vinyl so I don't have to paint the anymore. They were fast, efficient, they took everything away. They were nice and polite. It was just a joyful experience. I'm thinking of getting new doors for the back of the house. They sell doors too. I replaced 20 windows, three of which were picture windows. The picture windows are more pricey. They were about $1500, but this includes installation. I think the casement windows were about $5,000. But you have to think this was a few years ago. But it was just the quality of the work.

I started off with a window that was cracked, on the add-on on my house, which has 7 windows. After they put in my broken window and I'm looking at the other windows. I said well I guess we'll do the rest of them. So I started off with what I had to do, and I ended up doing the whole house.

They are wonderful. I am still happy eight years after the service. They were so neat and clean. I would absolutely recommend them.

We had estimates from 6 or 7 vendors. We looked at AAMA engineering specs for different products. We quickly
formed the impression the window door replacement business is loaded  with fast talking sales types. Lou Maschio and his team at Airetite  were a notable exception. Most of the other companies wanted to put standard size doors into our non standard openings and fill the space with significantly larger trim moldings. Airetite provided doors custom made to fit the existing openings. They did it at an excellent price and provided a quality product. We think their installation crew did a fine job. The installation was well done and the clean up was thorough. If you need windows and/or doors we suggest you have several vendors in to provide an estimate. We recommend Airetite be one of the vendors you contact.

When I first called I was told that the company preferred to work on windows and door they had previously installed, but if I had a problem finding anyone else to do the work to call them back. I could not find anyone else so I called back - they were at my house that same day to inspect the problem and provide an estimate. I was surprised at the quickness and pleased with the reasonable estimate. The work was done about a week later and we no longer have a draft problem and the thresh-hold looks good as new. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Everyone I spoke to was very nice, polite and helpful, and they get the job done professionally, fast, and with reasonable prices AAA+++!!!

From start to finish an excellent experience.  We got quotes from Airtite and 2 other window places.  Airtite was the least expensive.  First the salesman came to our home and provided a quote.  He was not pushy.  We decided we wanted to see the windows so we went to the store and ended up upgrading to a better window.  The ordered our windows and told us 4 to 6 weeks, they arrived in less than 4 weeks and we were able to get them installed immediately.  They said the installers would be here between 8 and 9am Saturday morning.  They got here at 8am.  Took out the 5 old windows we were replacing put in the new ones, cleaned up and were done by noon.  We are absolutely going to call them again to replace more windows.

They were very good. The association had got all the other bids and placed the contract with them but each of us paid for our individual units. They must have been the most competitive. They came when they said they would. They cleaned up after the job. They did a very good job. They would come if anyone in the association needed them afterwards to come back and do any adjustments. In fact, I think the association still uses them.

They were fantastic. From the first day of the estimate, they were very polite and took measurements. I placed the order in September or October of '09. By the time the windows were made and delivered, I had become very sick and they were happy to hold them until June of last year. They cleaned up well after themselves; you would have never known they were even in the house. I highly recommend them. I would never even think of hiring anyone else for windows.

We are currently working with them on an upcoming project but we are waiting on the weather to improve. They are great. I would recommend their service highly. The window job went really well. They were timely and professional. They have good rates and do quality work. I would give them the highest rating.

They did part of the job in the summer of 2008 and part of it in the summer of 2009. I liked their warranty and their product guarantee. I have got a 10 year breakage warranty and 15 years for parts and everything else other than breakage. The installation went really well. There was one guy who did the installation and he did a really good job. There was another guy who came out for a brief period of time to put in the crescent window. The sliding glass door and everything else was done by that one guy himself. They did a really neat job on the caulking. We got the energy efficient windows. They hauled away the old windows. We had a salesman come by and he said that we would get 50% off if we did for the whole house. We had to put a sign in our yard every 60 days for two weeks, which was some kind of a promotional thing. We got 40% for something and another 10% for something else. We got a really good discount. So it was probably somewhere around $12000 for the whole house which included the installation and everything.

The whole experience was great. They were very patient with my indecisiveness in choosing styles. The installation was very fast (1 and half days) and professional. The windows are beautiful and the sashes are beautiful. I was very confident in using them after seeing all the work they had done in my neighborhood. They can add my name to their list of recommendations.

Everything went very well. They did a very good job.

We needed rear porch windows to replace Florida windows (jealousy) that we inherited with our house. They let in cold air in the winter and hot air in the summer. We used 3M plastic year round to make them more weather tight. We setup an appointment at the Airetite showroom with Lou Maschio Jr. President. I had read about Airetitte on Angie's List for years and saw all of the Pages of Happiness. I also had recommended Airetitte to a coworker who was Co-op President of a four building complex that needed new windows. The board of directors selected Airetite to do its windows out of a field of five companies. The coworker was very pleased with the performance of Airetite. So we placed an order for five Gorell/Great Lakes casement windows called AC master. The windows qualified for the Energy Tax break, had low-E glass coating and argon gas in between the two panes. The casement windows come in pairs and we ordered them made so that both windows opened. We ordered on 3.24.10 and put down a $1,000.00 deposit. Lou personally measured for our windows and another employee measured them a second time--after we had brought in our own measurements of the total window opening sizes. The window manufacturing process at the time took (early April, 2010) about 4-5 weeks but we asked them to wait to install them until late May due to our budget. They said no problem. The install took placed on 5.24.10 and included four section casements all operable and a single casement operable, insulation of the cavity space, new interior ranch stops and casings and 1x6 buck framing. All job site debris was removed. The warranty is limited lifetime but Lou said if we have any problem, even five years from now, just call and they will fix it. The windows are a wonderful improvement and the entire experience exceeded all my expectations. We can't believe how nice our back porch looks now. Bravo Airetite. Bravo. If you need windows and laugh at the Feldco ads on TV, then Airetite is for you. They don't try to upsell you, add on costs at the end or run you through a sales maze that leaves you dazed and confused by an inhome sales person. They are just straightforward and do what they say they will do in a extremely professional manner.

I had three companies and one independent contractor give estimates. The contractor was the cheapest, but he wanted to restore my original (warped) door, which I did not feel was the right way to go. I wanted an upgrade that would provide better insulation. Jim from Airetite came out and did an estimate, which was the lowest of the three estimates that I had done. For a custom made storm door, rear entry door, and installation it cost $2,130, which was about $500 less then my other estimates. The custom door took about 8 weeks to arrive from the manufacturer, longer then the 6 weeks that they quoted me. The installers did an amazing job installing the door. The only way I would describe it is old-world craftmenship (which they say in their brochure). They obviously cared about doing a good job. It took almost 8 hours for the install, twice as long as scheduled, probably due to the difficulty of the job, but they stayed at it the whole time in freezing weather and the end result was perfect. I would use Airetite again and would reccomend their work. I only used them for a door installation, but based on the quality of the work I would use them for windows as well.

We were referred to them by a friend who had a great experience with them. I called them and they came out during the snow storm and the guy was even early on the weekend. The representative went over everything and gave us the price. They ordered the regular sized door for us. When the door came in a couple of weeks later they called us and informed us about it. They came out and installed it. The guys did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves and they were very nice. They showed up on time. The price was great. The door looks great and I couldn?t be happier.

They are call back immediately, finish their job, and do the work. I had a problem with one not opening and they were out the same day to make sure it was working right. All in all, they are a very nice company.

Everything went well from start to finish. I wanted the job done before Xmas and they made every effort to get it done in time. The accomplished everything they promised.

They were great. They came right away for the estimate. It was a custom window. They said it would take 4 weeks. It only took 10 days. They cam early. They said it would take 2 hours and it took only 1 1/2. The cleanup was very impressive because they did it as they went along.

I have nothing negative to report. The salesman was no BS. Very clear what we were getting. No pressure. We needed the work done before we moved in. They were professional, on time, clean and thorough. They worked very long hours to get all the work done in just one day. I was very impressed all around. I will use them again, absolutely.
