"I thought I responded to this report in late March, I wrote it out and copied it, but I must not have hit the submit button. I just realized this now. I don't monitor the site as much as I should, this will change in the future. This was the response: First let me say that I'm sorry it's taken so long to respond to Member's account. I'm sorry that Member at no time ever called our office with any concerns about the job in any way, during or after his job. His response on Angies list is first, and only feedback I've ever received from the member. According to the crew his job went well, trying to remember 3 months back, we performed his job on December 3, 2010 and he posted his response on February 14, 2011. The crew remember Member helping and actually interacting with them in a positive way, So much so that they recall Member giving them a tip of $150.00 dollars. The job total was actually $1130.00 not $1300.00, I guess if you add the $150 tip to the $1130.00 it would be closer to the $1300.00 he recalls. If Member move wasn't being performed to his satisfaction, all he had to do, at any time, was call our office so we could get involved and get things back on track! I'm sorry if we let Member down this time, but we didn't even get a chance to make things right. Sincerely Dan Fries"

"First let me say that I'm sorry that the medication is misplaced. It's very easy to accuse two men of stealing, and hurt the reputation of an honest company, without knowing the men. A Available Moving has had a relationship with Chris for over twenty years. He started his moving career with us and has done literally thousands of jobs for us. Not once in that time has Chris been accused of stealing. Kenny has been in the moving industry his whole life (he started working with his Dad as a kid). We've known him for over 18 years. Before coming to work for us he worked for five years for a personal friend of the owners and for ten years before that another reputable company owned by another aquaintence of ours. In all of that time he was never accused of taking anything. Chris and Kenny cooperated fully with the police when asked, but my men will not be held accountable for something that they did not do. Between the two of them, Chris and Kenny have over 50 years of experience in the moving industry. You can't survive that long in any service industry if you are not an honest and trustworthy employee."
