General Remodeling
MR. WINBUSH GAVE US A CONTRACTUAL WARRANTY OF ONE YEAR ON THE WORK THAT WAS DONE. WE HAVE HAD SEVERAL PHONE CALLS TO HIM REGARDING INCOMPLETE WORK AND MALFUNCTIONS IN THE HEATING AND COOLING SYSTEMS THAT HIS SUBCONTRACTORS INSTALLED. HE HAS NOT AS OF THIS DAY MADE EFFORTS TO RECTIFY THIS ISSUE. WE HAVE HAD ESTIMATES ON GETTING THESE SYSTEMS TO WORK PROPERLY AND PLAN ON SUBMITTING MR. WINBUSH WITH THE BILLS.
