Terminix - Benton -Termite & Pest Control

Terminex came within 2das of my contacting them. The peice I listed involves 3 years of service.

It was fine.  I wasn't always sure when they when they are coming anymore.  The price was a little on the high side.

They were expensive and the guy we dealt with was extremely pushy. They quoted us about $200 for yearly renewal and treatment. He told me he was coming back out after I told him I already chose someone else. He dropped his price but it was still expensive.

Paid for over half of job on day of ordering. Was told could pay rest of bill off before the end of Feb without any interest. Got a notice from their financial group that I would have to pay so much a month for 12 months and if I paid off early I would have to pay a fee.
Work began 3 days after they said it would. They could not finish and said they would be back within the next day or two. I had to call them about 10 days later to find out when they were coming. Got the story they should have been there, I will call the supervisor. 2 days later got a call, they will be there in 2 or 3 days. They finally made it finished the insulation and put in 6 of the 8 vents, said they could not do those and I will get credit for those.... And I still wait for that, if I had know this I would have never done business with this company.

They were real prompt and what he quoted me and charged me was the same.  I had no complaints at all. He said he would be here by 9:15 and he was here at 9:15.

We have a yearly contract with them. They are good.

They are really great, the service is very thorough, and they are very accommodating for any of our needs.  Our area is very termite prone, we saw carpenter ants outside, and we called them before they came towards the house.  We can ask them questions and we've been very pleased with them.  We've had some excellent technicians and the people that come here are very good.  We have an annual contract with them. 

I would recommend that anybody know exactly what they are getting and ask questions about the services they are going to provide and exactly what they are going to do. They need to be clear on what they are going to do and set it up properly. I had a problem there. I wasn't aware of actually everything physically they were doing. They did fix it and apologized. I don't know if I would use them again.

I will use this company again in the future. 

They come out quarterly. If you pay by the year, you get a 10% discount. I still have ants.
