In addition to a good price and quality workmanship, Mr. Aaron hauled extra dirt from dig site to ditch and graded it. He also removed 3 large trees and hauled them back to a burn pile. He installed the entry door to the safe room as well as 3 windows. He dug under the footing to provide sewer access, and dug a trench for sewer line. He provider extra water-proofing with tar and plastic, as well as surrounding the entie perimeter with drainage pipe under the floor. Very excellent job with several extras.
