This firm was terrific. They were recommended to me by my mechanic. I called to have my junk car towed away and the woman who answered the phone was very professional. She quoted me the price they would pay to remove the car and scheduled an appointment. David showed up on time as scheduled, helped me remove my license plate and paid cash as quoted. He was very professional and made this process very easy for me.

It all went very smoothly. When I called, they offered choices for appointment date and time, and advised me what paperwork I needed, and what they would pay for the car. Their driver called before arriving, was on time, and was able to get the car to roll down the driveway when it hadn't moved in six months!

Used Victory Auto Wrecker to get rid of my non running 1995 vechicle. The price they paid was good, they came a little later then the two hour window originally quoted, but did call to let us know they would be late. Will defenitley use them again.

Everything went perfect, exactly as they promised. They gave me a quote on the phone for my 2002 Chevy Venture, which had 185,000 miles on it. They came the next day on time and paid me in cash.

We got the quote online then they called me to ask me if I had the license and asked me what color it was. And when I told them the color and that I had the license, they said we want to make sure that they don't have a copy, that I actually have the real one. And then, I just asked a couple of questions and they said there will be no problem and said they will call me before they come and they did. A really sweet guy came rolling up in a big giant truck and he trucked the car. He handed me the money and I signed it off. He handed me a little flip and said if I can write a review and I get a nice t-shirt. I said "Fine.Great." I asked if I can take some pictures and he said, "Yes." And he took some pictures, got on the car, I gave him the keys and he drove it up to the back of the truck. He put the chains on it and drove off on it. They were very professional and very nice. The price was also professional. I got more that what I would have if probably someone would have come and had to take the car away.

Victory was courteous, on time, and well organized! The driver who picked up our car was friendly and was able to explain the point of the paperwork we needed to fill out very thoroughly. We were paid the exact amount we were told in the initial quote, and the transaction was completed in under 30 mins. Very impressed with the whole operation!
