When I first started working with Newman Builders I had a few things in mind that needed to be addressed in my 45 year old home.  The floors need to be replaced because of cracking marble.  When Steve came out to estimate the job he wanted to know why the floors were moving so he went under the house and discovered we had no cross bracing in the floors.  No one else had taken the time to determine why the flooring was cracking in the first place.  If we had not corrected the problem from when the house had been built originally we would have installed new tile only to have it start cracking again over time.   Since then I have hired Newman Builders to work on various other projects throughout my home to update it and I have been extremely pleased with the results every time.   The owner, Steve Newman, takes the time to work with you to answer any questions and makes the extra effort to make sure you are happy with the results.
