The installers were sloppy.....left dust all over the place. Need to get the couches cleaned after they were down. Hardly spoke English. Two months later had warping, they cut out a piece to see why it warped and then wanted to charge me to put the new repaired pieces in....what? Said that it was not under the warranty because of a crack in the cement. Well, if they did the installation correct, they would have sealed that crack. Told them to leave. Paid for REAL Professionals to do it. They missed out on 3 other jobs I would have recommended them. a house 3000 sg ft and 2 businesses over 40,000 sq ft. Do not use!

It was good. I was not pleased with the way our thresholds turned out and my husband wound up having to redo one of them. It cost us about $4000. The cost included all the materials and labor as well. The threshold in the living room kept coming up. First, it came up in the dining room and they came out and re-glued it and that hasn't come back up. He glued the one in the living room too, but it came up by the door. So my husband just took it off and had to screw it down.

Installers were horrible, did not listen and left the house filthy everyday. Having issues with warping and seperation. Bad customer service.

Initial install went well, but I was concerned about the fact that they had to borrow bricks from our back yard to hold down the transition strips between the bamboo and our ceramic tile floor. Months later, when those strips started coming loose, we had to call Steven back. Well, the job was finished and paid for complete, so Steven had no sense of urgency to fix our problem. When he did, those initial installers were back, borrowing bricks AGAIN. Months later, those strips came loose AGAIN. Back came the installers and guess what, they needed our bricks again to hold down the strips while the glue dried.
If you want a PROFESSIONAL installation, find someone else.
Oh yeah, guess what, those infamous transition strips have come loose AGAIN! I am a very handy guy and will fix them myself this time.

Expressed concerns about safety of installation of overhang on first step of stairway and got no response. Steven doesn't always return phone calls promptly and is very hard to understand his accent. Love the final look, including baseboard and flush matching floor vents.

The quality of the floors are nice and looks good. However, I was not completely satisfied with the installation. The installers left some noticeable gaps between boards that had to be filled in with wood putty. There are also nail holes and a crack in the wood along the edges that could not be covered with base boards that the installers had to try to conceal with wood putty. They cited us for not mentioning there will not be a base shoe to cover up the edge. It was nice that they were able to work with my schedule (kitchen done in June, DR/LR in July) for this project.

The crew was willing to come back twice throughout the project. They came out the first time to pull up the tile and sub-flooring. Then about three months later after some other renovation work was completed they came back out to lay the bamboo flooring. I was very glad that they were willing to work with us on the schedule. The floors turned out beautiful. The only problem that we had was when they were finished they did not clean the floors or wipe them down, overall we have been very pleased with the work that Mr. Bamboo did.

Flooring was ordered and delivered, needed to be in the environment for 10 days prior to installing. They arrived on time did a very good job of installing. They cleaned up the work area constantly and after completion.

The floor is a great product and it's great with my dog. It takes wear and tear very well. They had a great crew. They installed it well and it looks great.
