Their product offerings are outstanding. The first time I bought from them they recommended a fabricator and they did a great job. The second bigger project was the issue. They highly recommended a fabricator for Porcelain countertops. So much so that they texted us three times on how great the fabricator was and told us that this fabricator had worked on the Trump Tower. Usually I vet everyone but heck if they could work on the Trump and three texts from Levantina then they have to be good. The first problem was that the slabs of Porcelain were two different blacks even though they were an A & B slab. Levantina made good on the slabs but not the labor. The second problem was with the Fabricator who showed up late, finished the project 2 1/2 weeks after the promised date. She continually made excuses on the delays and tried to skirt work that all fabricators do (said our decorator should have done island template so none was done, did not want to install schluter for their backsplash, said our painter was responsible for their caulking, etc.). Levantina was suppose to get back with me after multiple calls for an alternative fabricator but never did after multiple calls. Levantina needs to remember that there product is only as good as the fabricator that they recommend. Next time I will use a shop that has their own fabricators. Oh forgot to mention that yes our fabricator worked on the Trump Tower but it was an apartment within the Trump. Guess that part of the story slipped their mind.

The experience was very smooth. We purchased the counter top as part of a package through Ultimate Stone,
Inc. We started with a standard slab. However, they called to let us know that when they moved it to the truck they found a crack. I picked another slab and decided to upgrade by $500. I had a sample of the ceramic flooring that we were putting in and the
upgraded slab matched better.
We went to Levntina twice. Each time we were greeted immediately. The slab information and price was described
in detail. Everyone was very professional and pleasant.

The granite is beautiful. We went to them to pick out the granite. We talked to them about pattern selection.
