Jake and his team did an amazing job. Jake was very accommodating in terms of scheduling, turning around a quick quote and following up. He explained the process thoroughly and made it a point to respect our yard and home when it came to cleanup. Aesthetically they were able to practically restore the shingles back to their original color. Very pleased with the results. Friends were very impresses by the before and after pictures. I'd recommend J&L Services to anyone tired of looking at dark patches and streaks on perfectly good shingles with plenty of life remaining.

The owner visited my home for evaluating my thoughts on what work I desired and gave me an emailed estimate with precise elements of his evaluation. He fully explained the benefits of his soft washing process versus the alternative method of pressure washing, which he does not provide. Jake (the owner) performed the house washing carefully and was methodical about achieving maximum cleaning of each surface. I was extremely satisfied with the work performed He took pride in making the siding, gutters and shutters look better than I expected. I would definitely recommend him.

Jake was very professional in all stages of the project. We were very satisfied with the results and will definitely hire JL Services for future projects.

He (Jake) initially begged me for the business even after I had hired someone else. I told him multiple times I had already hired someone else and he kept insisting that I cancel with them and pleading how badly he needed the business. The other company was unable to do what I needed so I gave J&L the business. They were supposed to clean all window sills (limestone) by pressure washing and he also originally included cleaning the sidewalk/porch for no charge. 80% of the sills were cleaned but he did not do the back porch and sidewalk/porch as promised. I contacted him to ask for a reduction in the price because he didn't clean everything, he said that was "unfair" and refused. I then contacted him to come back and finish the back porch and he not only declined but told me to stop texting him. He did not do the sidewalks as promised, the front porch as promised and the back porch. Charged me $500 and is now telling me to stop texting him and his most recent text was "I told you to stop texting me and I mean it". How is this acceptable? I asked for a reduction in the price because it wasn't 100% as promised and when declined I asked him to come back and finish the job. There are dozens of companies that do this type of work.

They were very unprofessional and and they woud not give advice on the colors. I had to buy the paint myself and the color is completely a different color once the sanding was done. The paint is already starting to come off. They just did the top of the stairs and did not do the risers. This was on the back deck.

 The front deck:  The outdoor plug did not work so they had to plug their sander in my house which got sand all over my house. I am still cleaning it off my window sills and plants. The sanding was blotchy and it did not look finished. It was light in some areas and dark in others.

 They had no idea what they were doing and I wasted my money on them. They left garbage all over the place. I would not recommend them.

Came and completed the job in 75 minutes. Looks great - better than the rest of my house. Will invite back to wash the house siding in the spring.
