After executing an agreement to have my front gutters replaced two weeks ago, JJ Construction sent me an "addendum" to sign today. Installation is supposed to be tomorrow. They wanted me to sign an addendum that states they will not be held responsible for any damage while they are removing and installing my gutters. What? Excuse me? You want me to TRUST you to do a great job and not mess up my roof while doing the replacement. And btw, if you do damage my roof you are not responsible? I do not trust anyone that doesn't want to back their own workmanship and doesn't have enough confidence in themselves to not damage my roof while doing a replacement of my gutters. I tried to get them to just limit damages to the definition of "minor scratches or dents". They refused. Their "addendum" specifically stated "any form of physical damage". Not only that, but they also wanted me to "adequately protect" the roof while they were doing the install. Run. I also learned it wouldn't even be JJ Construction doing the work. They were going to contract the work out to an "old employee" of theirs. The representative actually told me and I quote, "He is better than any of the current installers we have". Well if that doesn't say anything. I would not recommend JJ Construction for any project. Hire someone that will stand behind their work and not hide behind a "Statement of Non-Responsibility." They canceled my contract - telling me it was "null and void".

Requested a quote got a quick response the price was great. we are very happy we used them did a great job did not rush asked how we wanted the downspouts on each corner. We would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes and were able to perform the fix during that same visit. Of course, we will not know for sure whether or not their fix will actually solve the problem until we encounter another heavy rain, but the problem they found was definitely a flaw that needed attention and seems likely to be the right solution.

We are very pleased that we selected JJ Construction to replace our roof and skylights. We got several estimates, and JJ’s was very competitive and included high quality materials. Rafal was responsive, thoroughly answered all of our questions, and worked with us to include the specifications we wanted. For example, water had been streaming down the side of the chimney, so Jack built a diverter to channel the water towards the gutters. I was also concerned about the color of the chimney flashing, so Rafal made sure I approved the color before it was installed. We also had a shade on one of the skylights that we were worried about fitting and having reinstalled. Rafal researched the dimensions of the new skylights and got an estimate for pre-installed shades. We decided to take a chance on keeping the one we had, and Rafal and Jack helped us out by installing the existing shade on the new skylight before it was installed on the roof. The job took about a day and a half as projected. Rafal took before and after photos, so we could see the difference. And, what a difference! In short, JJ Construction was professional, on time, helpful, cleaned up the site, and did an excellent job, in general.

Our experience was great. They were able to provide an on-site estimate the same day we called, and our new roof went up the following week! We compared several quotes and JJ’s was very reasonable and although I was out of town, Rafal provided me with updates through the process as well as before and after photos. Would definitely recommend them.

I always rely on online reviews, but I must confess I hardly ever write them. I wanted to make sure I took the time to write one for this company. We hired them to put a new roof on our 2-story house. Rafal is everything you would want from someone doing work on your house- courteous, fair, dependable, clean, and professional. The price he charged was extremely reasonable, too. As others stated, job was completed in only 1 day. Seriously, I could not recommend this guy more.
