They did a great job. Fixed our roof from a previous contractor who did not do a good job. They were on time and cleaned up after the job was complete. We are moving to a new home and will call them again when we need repairs on that home.

They came out and did some changes to my siding and roof . The insurance paid for the repairs. The issue i had with them is that they took more time then expected to get all the work done. They promised the would have it done by winter but didn't come out until December. They missed several appointments when they said they would come out. We contacted them several times without reply. It was an overall bad experience.

Punctual, good price for service. Work performed as expected.

Our neighborhood experienced hail damage and we were contacted by several roofing companies. We chose DMX because of a good report from our neighbors and the info on Angie's list. We had an excellent experience with DMX. John Nicketta was the field agent who worked with us. He helped us file our insurance claim, met with the insurance claims adjuster along with us, and when the insurance adjuster would not agree to cover all the damage, he assisted us in convincing the insurance company to send out another claims adjuster. Ultimately the entire project was covered by insurance. Throughout the process, John was calm, courteous, reliable and completely professional. The roof work itself was done in less than a day (approximately 5 hours). The crew cleaned up afterward. The roofers were also polite and professional. The process (other than the hassle from our own insurance company) was actually pleasant. I would highly recommend this company and John Nicketta as a field agent particularly, and I would definitely use them again.

They were fantastic. They came out and they got a 10 man crew out and they were done like in 5 and half hours. I have no single complaint about them. They cleaned up when they left and even clean my yard and there were no leaks or anything on my roof. They're very professional.

While the majority of the work was an insurance claim...I paid extra to get a couple items done. The process was actually enjoyable! From the very first contact with the Claims Specialist, who showed and explained the damage on the roof and siding; the Field Manager that came out to measure and give me the estimate to the roofers/siding specialists - everyone was very knowledgeable, courteous (and friendly) and responsive. They dealt directly with the insurance company and that was done very quickly and efficiently as well.
The roof was completed in one day. I left for work that morning and came home to a new roof...awesome! While it took a few weeks to get the siding work scheduled (due to weather) the siding was done in 4 1/2 days. Each day the siding specialists cleaned up. (I call them specialists because their work is meticulous and attention to detail very evident.) If I hadn't seen them each day when I got home I would not have known they were on-site except for the work they did on the house.
The Field Manager or Claims Specialist kept in constant contact touch with me regarding the scheduling of the work, followed up each day while the work was being done either by phone or stopping by to check on the work.
I am very pleased with the work done on my home (and so are my neighbors!). The only regret I have is not having the opportunity of meeting the owner of DMX Exteriors to compliment him on his great team!

I have had other contractor's do work for me but none that can compare to this contractor. The workmanship is fantastic, the workers are very professional, courtesy and friendly. They showed up on time and every night when they left for the day they cleaned up everything. Of course you will always have a few things you might have to clean up but that is to be expected. They answered all of my questions and even made some suggestions which helped us make our decisions. I will be recommending them to anyone that needs to have work done at their home. Plus I will be using them from now on when I need something done on the house. Actually I have already decided to have them come back and replace some screen doors.
