This was the worst experience I've ever had with a professional workman. Dave made railings that look great and were exactly what we wanted. However, limitations due to weather prevented him from securing the railings to the limestone tops of our balconies. He was scheduled to come in the spring to finish this job and to collect the balance for his work. After meeting him at the property and handing him his check, we decided to delay the job until we had done all the other work we had planned on doing to the balconies. He assured me and my general contractor that he would return to secure the railings and complete the job we had now already paid him for. Just as I was afraid of, he took off with the money and has been dodging phone calls from myself and my contractor as well. I am beyond disappointed and very upset that I got taken by this criminal. DO NOT fall victim the same way my family has.

The project required Dave to work very closely with our architect. Collaboration was key. Dave shopped with us to choose the appropriate material. Once chosen, he welded all the interior work on site. The exterior work was done at his shop and brought to another shop for powder coated painting. Dave managed this entire process. I would absolutely recommend Dave again. I'm writing this review over 2 years after the work has been done. To this day, I'm at awe with the work he did. It's one of the main features of the house.
