Dealing with this company took me back at least 40 years to when business says more personable and actually cared about each customer. That's a very good feeling to have when you're handing over some money to someone. The job was complete within 3 days after I hired them and completed with excellent quality. I don't know what else to say, just very satisfied.

Quick estimate; very competitive price. Job completed--in a single day--as soon as March weather permitted. Professional, highly competent, friendly crew. Excellent after-job cleanup. Mike Besch explained the job thoroughly during his first visit--no surprises.Good service & communication. Excellent company.

I contacted their company and we scheduled a time for an examination of the property and the work which needed to be done.  They came out as scheduled and provided a full written estimate and even took the time to speak with me later to explain what some things meant, as I don't do this type of work.

We scheduled a rough date (because it is dependent upon the weather of course), and they came on time, as scheduled and completed all work as agreed.  They handled all the clean up and removal of all the old debris too.

A few months later, during a huge storm with damaging winds, a few shingles came off the roof.  When I contacted them, they came back out at no extra charge, and put new shingles back up, so my roof is in great repair.

Really nice gentlemen to work with, knowledgeable about their industry, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great job at a fair price!

Both "brothers" were very helpful and knowledgeable about roofing and gutters.  They were responsive and willing to answer all of my questions.  Materials were promptly hauled away and I found them to be polite, professional, and they did a good job.

Dealt with Mike Besch 20 years ago when his company reroofed my home and garage. Called Mike to give estimate for replacing the vinyl siding, gutters, soffit and fascia on my house and get the same put on my wooden sided garage and get aluminum gutters, soffit and fascia as I was tired of painting it and wanted it all to match. Called Mike on a Friday afternoon and he came the following Monday to measure, left samples and suggestions. Tuesday came over with estimate for the job. Price included everything for doing the whole house garage, No extra charges for anything, a flat price that included removing and installing siding, gutters, soffit, fascia on the house and installing the same on garage, permits, disposal, clean up etc. He also offered certificates  of insurance. We agreed to do the work and took a week or so deciding on colors. Called Mike Besch and he scheduled the job to start in 1 week. Crew showed up on time and started working. The garage is completed and house is 75% done. The garage looks brand new and sides of house that are done look beautiful. The work is high quality and his top siding man Adam is really talented, does great work and takes a lot of pride in his work and it shows. So far we are really happy with the quality of the work performed. And we believe that the price was very fair, 2600 sq ft of siding, with gutters, soffit, fascia. They also installed insulated backer board, 5 inch downspouts and great attention to details. Looks fantastic and feel real good about dealing with this contractor. Like I said we used them for a roof 20 some years ago and they did a great job at a reasonable price. thinking about getting a new roof and the ONLY company we will call is Besch Brothers. Very reputable, good quality material and workmanship at very fair prices. Looks beautiful !!

They were very good, the took two days because I have a large house. They showed up at 7:00 am both days and worked all day. They completely removed 3 layers of old shingles. The job was done very professionally and on time, this included reflashing the chimmney and soil stack, as stated in the estimate. I also had siding installed on the dormer. Overall they did avery good job.

It was good. I would rate them highly.

The work was performed in a couple of days, they tore off the whole roof, repaired damaged wood and reshingled. The workers did a good job of making sure all of the debris was removed from the property. They did a great job, the roof looks wonderful and they made sure that the vents were properly installed so I didn't get any leaking or shingles coming up.

Doug came out to give us the quote and was the lowest out of several roofers by over $1,000. I called him on a wednesday to do the work and he had it scheduled for the beginning of the following week! He even was so nice as to waive the deposit when I got to my house and realized I had no checks left! The work was completed in 2 days and they were completely cleaned up by 3 the second day. Service was fantastic. Several members of my family have used them and I would recommend them to anyone who needs any type of roof repair/replacement.

They were very good. They cleaned up well. The price was very good. They didn't pressure me into the job. All around it went quickly and I haven't had any problems.

Besch Brothers Roofing gave us a detailed estimate as well as got all the needed permits for the work. They provided a 30 year manufacturer's warranty on the shingles and a seven year warranty on their work.

They came out several times and helped me choose the shingles that I wanted. They explained to me the need for the installation of the vents, etc. They even went up into the attic with me to show me where the vents would go and explained the process of cutting and insulating my house. I had never had vents before. They scheduled the job right away. They came early and stayed late to get the job done before the impending rain came. They talked to the neighbors before getting to work because it is such a noisy process to remove cement shingles. They had it done in about 2 days. Jeff came back and made sure I was happy with everything. Jeff was one of the deciding factors in my choosing of Besch Brothers. He is pleasant, professional, and very thorough. Every time he came over he got up on the roof with me and for me. They cleaned up so well, you couldn't see a speck of anything. My hostas were in perfect shape afterward, and so were my gutters!

Getting an appointment for quote was prompt, and the salesperson (Jeff) was professional and friendly, and walked me through where he saw problems. Quote was in the middle range of the three quotes I received. Scheduling the day for work was delayed several weeks and took a couple calls. That was the only thing that could have been better. I would have appreciated them calling me to report a date change was needed, instead of me chasing them down. I also had difficultly getting their commitment and follow through on a later weather damage repair several months after the installation. The day of the job, workers covered the worksite, did the entire job in the course of the day, and did an adequate job cleaning all debris from the worksite. Workers were all polite and professional. The job cost exactly what was quoted and there were no surprises.

They sent a crew that didn't speak English, was not polite and left tons of nails all over our front and backyard. They convinced my poor ill & elderly stepfather that we needed a roof but all we really needed was to have our ventilation in our attic fixed. After they installed the new roof and the condensation problem persisted, they charged him extra money to come out and install a plastic pipe from the bathroom ceiling and out the attic. It didn't fix the problem, nor did the window type fan they installed which was a fire hazard. I've called them a few times thinking it was a roofing problem only to be treated rudely & no help provided. Four roofing companies & a home inspector advised we didn't need a new roof. Then they actually had the nerve to recommend insulation companies to me to fix the problem. There are some areas in the roof that need touch up for leaks, but they won't fix them even though the roof is under warranty. We're hiring another company.

Excellent - lowest price out of three I had quote. Called me back same day I left messages. Crew was excellent and finished job 95% in one day (had to come back next day because they were a few shingles short). Did excellent job cleaning up.

Removed all shingles and stripped off all roofing materials on the roofs. Checked for rotted wood. Removed and hauled away all debris. Installed felt paper and shingles. Cleaned up the area around the house and garage.

VERY HAPPY WITH THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE. WORK WAS SCHEDULED WITHIN A FEW DAYS OF RETURNING APPROVED ESTIMATE, THEY ARRIVED ON TIME (EARLY ENOUGH THAT I DID NOT HAVE TO TAKE A 1/2 DAY OFF WORK) AND READY TO WORK - FINISHING IN 1 (LONG) DAY. THEY ASKED BEFORE ADDING ON NEEDED FLASHING WORK WHERE THE SIDING WAS NOT GOING TO MEET THE NEW ROOF AND DID A NICE JOB OF MAKING IT NOT STAND OUT. PROVIDED PERMIT AND DUMPSTER, WHICH WAS PROMPTLY PICKED UP THE NEXT DAY, AND THEIR CLEAN UP WAS GREAT. THE ROOF ITSELF LOOKS VERY GOOD, A NOTICEABLE IMPROVEMENT.

WORKERS WERE ALL VERY NICE. THE ROOF WAS IN SUCH BAD SHAPE, THERE WAS EVEN A BIRD'S NEST AND THEY TOOK IT DOWN AND WERE VERY GENTLE WITH IT. THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB. I DID HAVE ONE CONCERN AND THE OWNER CAME OUT AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME, WHICH THEN MADE SENSE. I RECOMMENDED THEM TO A FRIEND OF MINE AND THEY LIKED THEM AS WELL. THEY CLEANED UP AND WERE VERY METICULOUS. THE SALESMAN WAS ALSO VERY NICE AND DID NOT ARGUE WITH ME ON WHAT I TOLD HIM I WANTED, THIS WAS NICE BECAUSE OTHER SALESMEN I WORKED WITH KEPT PRESSURING ME TO CHANGE MY MIND. I CHECKED WITH EIGHT DIFFERENT COMPANIES.

BECAUSE OF ADDITIONS, PART OF THE HOUSE REQUIRED A TEAR OFF OF TWO ROOFS, (ONE SMALL SECTION OF OVER-HANG HAD 3 ROOFS) BUT THE UPPER PART JUST REQUIRED PUTTING A ROOF ON TOP OF THE PRESENT ROOF. NEW VENTS WERE PUT IN AND A NEW POWER FAN. THE OWNER CAME OUT TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE QUICKLY, AND HAD THE WORKERS HERE TO DO THE WORK 2 DAYS AFTER WE SIGNED THE CONTRACT. ALL THE WORK WAS COMPLETED IN ONE DAY. CLEAN UP WAS GREAT, AND THE ''TRAILER'' FOR CLEAN-UP WAS DELIVERED IN THE MORNING, AND TAKEN AWAY WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED. THE ROOF LOOKS GOOD, BUT WE ARE DISAPPOINTED IN THE FLASHING AROUND THE CHIMNEY. WE WERE TOLD THAT IS THE WAY IT HAS TO BE. THE FLASHING IS ON THREE SIDES OF THE CHIMNEY, BUT IT IS IN 5 PIECES. WE ARE CONCERNED THAT IT MAY LEAK.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN.

VERY PROFESSIONAL AND REALLY CLEANED UP WELL! NAILS WERE ALL MAGNETICALLY PICKED UP!
