Great experience!  Mark returned my inquiry call straight away and came out the same day, on a Saturday to provide an estimate.
He started the work on the following Monday, working through the early part of a snow storm we were getting that day to clear out all the ice dams on both sides of my home.  He also opened up the width of my driveway, as we had already gotten a huge amount of snow, without being asked which I was very grateful for.  I actually paid him an additional $ 40.00, because he did that...not to mention came out to do the job right away and worked out in the snow storm.  He's a really honest & personable guy and when I told my friends how much he charged for my request, they were amazed!  I would totally recommend Jeff for any of your roofing needs.

Mr Keane quickly provided the estimate for the job, and after that was accepted, was able to come at the scheduled time on the agreed date a few days later.  He is very happy to explain all the details of the job, and how a steeper bend angle would improve the performance of the new downspouts.  The color matching was excellent, and the job was finished in a few hours to our satisfaction.
