Needed daycare with possible overnight boarding. Dog is "difficult". Detailed check in questionnaire covered all possible issues. Organized, meticulous, knowledgeable, reliable and flexible set up. Even the hygiene is exceptional. These folks have set up a solid set of dog services. You will not need to worry about your dog at these facilities.

It is very expensive, if you want them to give your dog any extra attention whatsoever, it's all apart and by the time you add up all of the things, it becomes extremely expensive. For one night would be $47 and then if you want them to come in and pet your dog once a day, that's $5 more a day, if you want them to get a little treat before bedtime you know like a hotdog or a biscuit or something, that's another $5, it's just very expensive and the area that they clean is their premier area where they are in individual little rooms, they have a TV that's way up in the ceiling, a little tiny TV, I don't know what good that would do but they have a fireplace at the end of the place, it's not really where the dogs can get to but it's never turned on and it's very dark in there, no skylights and it's very, very dark in there. Because I was going on a trip in August and I was going to board her there and after visiting, I thought no and right next door to them are the big dogs, you know how big dogs bark, my dog would be terrified of that. It's all right if you aren't really loving with your animals, if you don't care if they're just locked in a room for 2 weeks by themselves but I want my dog to have some attention. I mean $47 a night, by the time I added all the $5 here and $5 there, it's not even part of the service to bathe your dog before they come home where it is in most kennels, they charge you to bathe the dog before they come home, I mean it's just extremely expensive. First of all, we don't even know where to go, it's like a little campus and they have different areas for where you want to house your dog, if you want real basic housing or medium or first class and I can't find the office to go in and ask questions.

They are wonderful! They really seem to provide to their needs. Every experience has been great. We will continue to use their services in the future.

They are very professional, clean, and take care of the animals. We have been using them for about two years. Whenever we go out of town, we take our dog there.

Our dog gets panicky in a normal kennel and he tries to chew his way out. In the doggy suite he is calm and he likes it. He even gets a turn-down service and they come in and play with him. He gets to take walks with Mr. Bob. They are always ready for us when we come to pick him up. They even give us his own little bag with his name on it.
