We contacted them from an ad in our local paper. We dropped off the slides and discussed motion, presentation style and music. Once the slides were scanned in and music was added, we were invited to watch the presentation before it was burned. We were encouraged to make changes if we wished. A few days after our preview, we were told our presentation was done. We were required to pay 1/2 at the time of order and the rest at the time of pick up. From start to finish the job took a little over 2 weeks.
