In the beginning everything seemed to be going okay. The 2nd day they took a 3 hour lunch which should have been a red flag. The entire job was going to take about 4 days. Within the week, a cabinet fell off the wall. All cabinets were custom made. In the process of falling, it damaged 9 cabinet doors, the mahogany hardwood floors, cracked the quartz countertops and my cooktop that wasn't installed but lying in place. He also damaged the refrigerator door and nicked a lot of the trim. The closet doors were nicked and needed adjustments when those were put back on. The cabinets were made too deep so instead of telling me that they were incorrectly cut, he took out my clothes shoot without telling me. I could go on and on about everything that was either damaged or wasn't installed properly. It was a terrible experience and we ended up firing him before the project was completed.
