the completed job looks great totally satisfied with the end result! but just one minor complaint and as far as contractors go this is minor. when i was given the quote the guy who gave the quote was not 100% sure the size and color of materials needed was in stock at the supply house and supply house was closed that day so he could not call and ask but he said he thought they would be in stock. ended up not being in stock and they had trouble getting the materials. no one called to inform me of this situation a simple voicemail would have been nice i had to call them after the given timeline for install had passed. lucky we had an unusually warm winter so far with no snow or i would have been waiting till spring. they did a great job on the install looks great. but i had to ding them on responsiveness for not picking up a phone when the materials thing went squirrely. they were not the cheapest quote i got but they are a local company been around a long time and offered a 10 year warranty and I have no doubt they will still be around in 10 years if i need it.

It went well.

I used them a couple months ago. It took them about 3 hours and 2 employees came out. They did a good job.

They service didn’t take them too long. They sub contracted out the gutters and they completed that work about a week later. I liked that they got to us fairly soon. Our insurance paid for pretty everything, but I thought their pricing was fair.

I chose the company based on the confidence I had in their work. The job was completed in one day. They cleaned up and I only found a few nails. I was very pleased with them.

Ecohome was punctual which was refreshing.

They took their time installing the solar panels and the skylights. They were obviously very concerned with quality over speed.

We are happy with both jobs.

The solar panels came with a state rebate and a federal rebate making them very affordable. We've seen approximately a 40% drop in our electric bill in most months.

We would also like to add that Ecohome always called us back, helped us with the rebate paperwork, and answered all of our questions. They were very patient  and helpful with us, which is great because we are not very tech savvy. It is so nice that they went above and beyond to help us with anything we asked about.

Had a little trouble initially getting a start date for the project, but overall I am pretty happy. Roy and Jodi were awesome in terms of working with the insurance company. Roy came out and personally inspected the job and made sure I was satisfied before calling the job complete. The roof looks great!

Had a roof leak and Charlie Brown of EconHome Expert Kanga Roof was able to fine and repair the leak.  Inspected the roof for the source of the leak which include a very careful inspection of the whole roof area, and was able to determine that the roof vents were originally installed wrong.  He removed the roof vents, reinstalled them with the correct flashing material and replaced some roofing material where a Direct TV dish had been taken off of the roof.  Bottom line he fixed the leak in a timely manner.

The skylights look great, it only took a couple hours for them to do the job, cleanup was great. The only thing that was kind of frustrating was that the day they were scheduled to come, they said previously that they would be there in the afternoon. When 3pm rolled around, we still hadn't heard anything so I called. They got back to me about 4:30pm and said that they had to take care of an emergency so they couldn't make it that day. They were able to reschedule for the next day, but it would have been nice to get a phone call saying they wouldn't make it. Jodi in the office was very nice and helpful every time I called. I will be using them again for other work we need done!

I had some difficulties with the insurance company, but this company did a good job. I received two other appraisals from other companies, and there's was almost identical. They showed up with a good-sized, hardworking crew and got the job done within 2 days. They cleaned everything up beautifully after themselves, spending at least 3-4 hours cleaning up after the job was done.

It went very well. They did more than they had to as we had messed up new roof shingles (another story) and they replaced 45 of them as a courtesy. We plan on hiring them when we reside the house. Soon!

All in all, this was a very satisfying experience with this company and I will certainly recommend
this company to anyone who may need their services.

I am happy with their services but their prices are sky high. I paid way too much for the roof.  I have had to have them come back and redo some things.  I am a widow and they knew it and I think they gouged me.  They charged me $12,000 for a roof that probably shouldn't have been more than $7,000.  Because of their pricing I would not use them again.

The work itself was fine. The only problem I had was they said it was going to be kind of mess. I have an older home and there were four layers of roofing that needed to be taken off. Pieces of the roof came through the attic and 2 years later I am still cleaning it up. They didn’t inform me these pieces would be coming actually into the house. I wasn’t able to cover everything since I didn’t know that was going to happen. I also had them do some work on the chimney. The cap came off and it took four phones for them to finally come back and fix the cap. Everything was fine with the workers themselves; it was just the management that I had some issues with.

Our initial contact was with John Green.  You couldn't ask for a more pleasing person to work with.  He was totally professional, prompt and kept us informed every step of the way.  Because this was an insurance claim which I had never dealt with before, John was a very big help.  Even our insurance adjuster commented on how great he was to work with!   Every detail was explained to us, in depth and in terms we could easily understand.  Once we contracted them to do the work, we were told that it would be approximately 2 weeks before the job began.  In the meantime, some hungry raccoons decided to make a meal of a portion of our roof.  Not knowing what to do, since they had eaten through to the rafters in a period of 2 evenings, I called John to see if they could patch it or something until the work began.   Much to my surprise, he called back after checking with the owner and they moved our job up.  In fact, they began it the next day.  Everything went exactly as we were told.  The workers were fantastic, friendly and as quiet as roofers could possibly be.  I don't think I have EVER had such a wonderful experience working with contractors.  One of the reasons I initially called them was because they are a green company and recycle everything.  I was also impressed that the workers were uniformed and it was easy to tell they were part of the companyy  That was a bonus in itself.  Clean up was swift and thorough.  For comparison, I must add that our neighbor also contracted roofers that started the day ours was complete.  While Kangaroof had no effect on our dog and cat once they saw the workers were here with our permission, the neighbors contractors have been driving the animals (and me) nuts!  Loud blaring radios, yelling back and forth to one another and just being overall obnoxious. There is absolutely no comparison in the professionalism!  I LOVE Kanga Roof  and will be referring all of my friends to them.  They will be getting another call from us when it is time to re-side our home.  If you want quality, kindess, courtesy and professionalism, they are definitely the way to go!!

They were very punctual, courteous and professional. The roof hasn't leaked once. They did an outstanding job. They could be a little better around landscaping. We had several damaged plants and trees. Overall a very good experience.
