I was not happy with them. It was the first time I had taken anything off of Angie's List. I dealt with them for two weeks straight for them to get tires on the car and everything. They got things screwed up one right after another. There was a guy there that really tried to help. The pricing was definitely fair and they did good quality with what they had to work with. I ended up having to call the manager of the store and ask her what was going on. My husband and I had both went to the store and set in for the car to come in on Monday. I left the care there because they were going to work on it. I was going to just stay there but I had to have someone come get me. It was one thing after another and this broke and that broke. Then they had to order something. It took two weeks to get everything done when it should have taken one day. They were as punctual as they could be because they had to order parts and wait for them to get to them. As soon as they got the parts they put them on. They were very professional once the manager talked to them. I will not use that location again, I will however, use the Rockford location.

It was pretty good.  They inspected everything, they checked my tires, brakes, fluid levels and all that stuff.

FARM AND FLEET WAS VERY HELPFUL IN GETTING THIS SPECIAL PAINT I WANTED TO REPAINT MY WOOD DECK. THEY CALLED AROUND UNTIL THEY FOUND THE DEALER, AND GOT IT DELIVERED TO THEIR STORE. THEY WERE GREAT.
