We used them several times. He was very reasonable. He is kind of an expert is this certain kind of furnace. That company went out of business and he has kind of a stash of a lot of parts. The service was really good. We don?t have that furnace any more.

I have used Chuck's Heating for about five years. He is an honest man. I really like that he makes sure the unit is running properly and that helps out quite a bit on my energy bill each month.

Joe determined the problem was a simple switch needed to be reset. He explained how the system worked, and how to reset the switch if the furnace went out again. Joe also took time to answer my questions on replacement furnaces, and did not try to sell me a new furnace. In fact, he told me my current furnace was just fine and did not need replacing. Would definitely use his services again.
