The service was excellent, price was reasonable, everything was done promptly and they cleaned up very well, Jose the technician that came was very personable and prompt. I called them on a Monday 12/02/2019 and they were able to schedule and come up on a Wednesday 12/04/2019 of the same week. I am planning to recommend them to my friends and family.

Great experience, super nice tech, very responsive called in the morning around 10am and had a tech at my house by 1:30pm. Took the time to answer my questions and gave me less expensive models to choose from. Did a great job with installation and the system is super easy to program which means we are taking advantage of cost savings by actually programming the system to drop temp when we are not home or at night. Also HQ called after installation as they cared about my experience and made sure that I was applying for the manufacturer rebate. I would definitely call them again, and I have been a loyal customer for years as they offered same great service and good techs servicing the account. Thank you for a great experience!

My husband had contacted two other companies listed on Angie's List. From one we received a pressured sales pitch, "if you buy today..." and the second called back a few days later and said they had just gotten "better pricing." Slightly disgusted with the process, we had almost decided to stay with our old units. Then on the referral of a friend, we called AirTech. My husband was able to speak to Bill, the owner. He told him what he was interested in. After a through survey of our home, Bill made recommendations on two different units. Specifics on pricing and the units themselves were emailed to my husband for review. My husband did have some questions on the units and they were answered promptly and without hesitation. He said he could tell Bill had tremendous knowledge of his field. There was no pressured sales pitch or a call a few days later about better pricing. You could tell that he was there to provide a service and that he wanted to do it at the fairest possible price. My husband decided to go with AirTech and called to arrange installation. A date was set for the following week. The AirTech team, including Bill, arrived promptly at the time stated. The old furnace and air conditioner were removed carefully. The furnace had to be removed through our foyer. Much care was taken not to damage flooring or furniture. In addition, the landscaping that was installed to conceal the compressor was not disturbed or damaged in the least. Some adjustments had to be made to accomodate the new, more efficient furnace but they were done flawlessly. The AirTech team knew exactly what they were doing. After installation, the new furnace and air conditioner were tested and found to be in perfect order. My husband was given instructions on the operation of the thermostat and units. We are quite pleased with our new air conditioner and furnace. Thank you, Bill for great service and pricing! We look forward to being more "green" and saving "some green" with our new more efficient units.

They were recommended to me so I decided to use them. The price was reasonable but the quality was about a 'C'.
